Headings
Headings are used to logically break up and organise the text on a page.
Syntax
+My Heading some text... ++My second heading more text...
You can prepend between one and six + signs before a heading to define its level. The text formatting of the heading is adjusted appropriately.

Details
Level 1 headings should only be used as the first heading on a page. They are not included in the table of contents. Each word in a level 1 heading should generally begin with an upper case letter, while other headings are in sentence case (only the first letter is a capital).
