Documents to be carried

The documents specified in Schedule 12 must be carried, unless the begins and ends at the same aerodrome and does not fly over any country other than Hong Kong (in which case the documents can remain at the aerodrome).

Production of documents and records

The following documents can be requested from the commander:

the certificate of registration and airworthiness
the flight crew licences
other documents required by Article 57 to be carried

A licence holder must produce documents required in Article 57 within a reasonable time, or within 5 days after the request for other documents. Personal log books must be retained for at least 2 years after the last entry.
