Ram Air Inlet

An emergency ram air inlet supplies air into the mixing unit via a ram air valve to ventilate the cockpit and cabin or to remove smoke in the event of both packs failing.
The ram air inlet will not open if ditching is selected.
Controls
Only used in abnormal conditions and controlled by the guarded RAM AIR pb sw.
