Flight Procedures

Procedures for local flights in uncontrolled airspace reporting areas (UCARAs)

Pilots shall communicate with Hong Kong Information when operating in UCARAs. If it is not available a broadcast should be made on 122.4 MHz. Position and altitude should be reported when entering or leaving each UCARAs and every 15 minutes otherwise.
