Cabin Oxygen System

The cabin oxygen system is a fixed chemical oxygen system that operates in a depressurisation. It consists of 2 to 4 masks and chemical oxygen generators.

With the MASK MAN ON pb in AUTO, passenger oxygen masks drop automatically if cabin altitude exceeds 14,000'. Approximately 22 min of oxygen is available after the mask has been pulled down. Pulling down on 1 mask activates the generator in that PSU.
