The crew should land at the nearest suitable airport at which a safe approach and landing can be made. Descend to EO LRC ALT as indicated on the PROG page while accelerating to the highest safe speed for the prevailing conditions and aircraft state.
Note that FL300 provides the highest TAS at M0.85 / 325 kt.
