Lavatory Fire Protection

Lavatory smoke detection consists on 1 smoke detector in each lavatory linked to the SDCU. The SDCU transmits signals to the FWC for warnings in the cockpit, and to the CIDS for warnings in the cabin.

Each lavatory waste bin has an automatic fire extinguishing system.
