Incorporates a predictive windshear system. It operates below 1,500' agl. The detection of predictive windshear requires precipitation.

Failures

WXR WEAK	calibration failure
WXR ATT	attitude control failure
WXR STAB	antenna stabilisation failure
WXR RT	radar transceiver failure
WXR ANT	radar antenna failure
WXR DU	overheating of the display unit
WXR CTL	radar control unit failure
WXR RNG	range error

Failures are displayed on the ND. For a red failure, the radar image is not displayed.
