Takeoff Configuration Warning
Aircraft configuration is not suitable for takeoff. Activated when the aircraft is on the ground, thrust is applied, and:
- flaps are not in takeoff position ("NO TAKEOFF, FLAP"); or
- any spoiler panel is deployed ("NO TAKEOFF, SPOILER"); or
- parking brakes are applied ("NO TAKEOFF, BRAKE"); or
- pitch trim is out of green range ("NO TAKEOFF, TRIM"); or
- speed brake lever is not in stowed position ("NO TAKEOFF, SPOILER").
Several warnings may be issued.
When the T/O config button is pressed, the thrust levers are simulated to the advanced position in order to generate the appropriate warnings.
