Warning Systems
Concept
With engines started, all systems are normal if:
- the overhead panel;
- the main panel;
- the glareshield panel; and
- the control pedestal panels
have no striped bar illuminated, no aural warnings are being issued, and the selector knobs are all in the 12 o'clock position.
Colours
| Red | warnings, flight envelope, system limits |
| Amber | cautions, unavailable or unvalid data, miscompare annunciations |
| Cyan | advisory, advisory EICAS messages, pilot selected data |
| Green | engaged modes, current data, pointers in normal range |
| White | armed/standby modes, status data, status CAS messages, scales and associated figures and labels |
