Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System

TCAS detection is limited to intruders within 30nm and 7,000' (9,900' as an option) above and below the aircraft. It has input from:
- 2 antennas, 1 on the top and 1 on the bottom of the fuselage
- RA 1/2
- LGCIU 1
- ADIRU 1/2/3
- ATC 1/2 modes
Display
The TCAS displays the 8 most threatening intruders on the NDs. Traffic is displayed in ARC and ROSE modes.
Inhibits
TCAS aural alerts are inhibited if warnings from either the GPWS or stall warning are active.
