Mechanical Backup
In this mode, pitch control is through manual adjustment of the THS using the pitch trim wheel, provided either blue or yellow hydraulic system is available. MAN PITCH TRIM ONLY is displayed on the PFD. Lateral control is through the rudder pedals and their mechanical linkage to the rudder, provided 1 hydraulic system is available.
